chiral-ftp is free for every platform. Pick yours.

Windows

Windows 10 or 11. The x64 version also runs on Windows on ARM.

  1. Download the .exe and run it. Nothing to install.
  2. It isn't signed yet: if SmartScreen warns you, choose More info > Run anyway.
  3. When Windows Firewall asks, allow private networks so other devices can reach it.

Mac

macOS 27 or later, Apple silicon.

  1. Download the app, unzip it and drag chiral-ftp.app to Applications.
  2. It isn't notarized yet: the first time, open System Settings > Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.

Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 12, Fedora 36 or newer, and others like them.

  1. Download the .AppImage for your computer: x86_64, or ARM64 for a Raspberry Pi 4 or 5.
  2. Make it executable (chmod +x, or Properties > Allow executing) and run it.

Android 8.0 or later: phones, tablets, foldables and TVs. One APK for all of them.

  1. Download the .apk on the device and open it.
  2. When Android asks, allow your browser or file manager to install apps.
  3. Give chiral-ftp All files access so it can manage and share your storage.

Custom firmware (Atmosphère) with hbmenu.

  1. Download chiral-ftp.nro and copy it into /switch on the SD card.
  2. Start it from hbmenu. For the console's full memory, hold R while launching a game.

A jailbroken PS5 with ShadowMountPlus and an ELF loader on port 9021.

  1. Download the zip and unpack it: it holds the folder PPSA96024.
  2. Copy it to /data/homebrew/PPSA96024, with every file set to 777.
  3. Start chiral-ftp from the dashboard.
